When the front gauge is in position, each paper will be buffered and decelerated to prevent distortion due to rapid paper feeding, so ensuring stable accuracy.

Adopts two kinds of unwinding structures for foils that are capable of removing the unwinding frame. The frame is robust, strong, and flexible, and the speed is quick.
It is very useful and convenient for external foil collecting structures to directly collect and rewind foil. It resolves the pollution issue brought on by the gold dust from the foil in the brush wheel. Direct rewinding is very space and labor efficient. The HTJ-1060 reaches a maximum running speed of 7,000 pcs/hr and a maximum stamping speed of up to 6,000 pcs/hr, depending on the paper layout.
It supports paper sizes from 400(W) x 360(L) mm up to 1080(W) x 780(L) mm. Suitable materials include cardboard (0.1–2 mm thickness) and corrugated board (≤4 mm thickness).
The system utilizes 3 longitudinal and 2 transversal foil feeding shafts. It features two independent servo motors for foil winding and one servo motor for direct rewinding, ensuring clean, space-saving, and gold dust-free operation.
The HTJ-1060 offers high stamping precision of ±0.12 mm and delivers a maximum pressure of 350 Tons with temperature adjustments ranging from 0 to 200 ℃.
