The paper feeding speed can reach up to 10,000 sheets per hour. Equipped with 4 feeder suckers and 4 feeder blowers, the newly designed glazing machine automatically and continuously feeds paper to ensure smooth conveying of various sizes. Includes a double-sheet detector and a stock table for non-stop paper loading during continuous production.
Features two operational units: the first unit can add water to remove printing powder. The second unit adopts a three-roller design with specialized rubber material for even coating. Suitable for water-based/oil-based varnish and blister varnish, with convenient one-side adjustment.
This brand new IR drying system reasonably matches infrared drying with air drying for rapid paper drying. Compared to traditional IR heating, it saves over 35% energy while increasing efficiency. Redesigned Teflon net conveyor belts ensure stable delivery of different paper sizes.
Utilizes a vacuum suction belt and pneumatic double-side self-aligning device for smooth, orderly paper delivery. Equipped with a production counter and chain-suspended carrier that automatically descends via photoelectric sensors.
