The full servo paper feeder system and a variety of paper mode can adjust cartons of different thickness and specifications to ensure that cartons enter the conveyor belt quickly and stably.
It adopts 304 stainless steel cylinder to drive glue, and use scraper device to adjust thickness and width of glue and save glue at the grate extent. The user may use flexo template for gluing accurately and efficiently. Gluing position can be adjusted left and right freely or front and back via phase regulator while maintaining normal operation. The rollers can be disengaged to avoid glue on belt in case of no paper. Glue container is inverted so that the glue goes out smoothly and it is easy to clean.
It adopts belt convey and stacked device to collect paper.
The main differences lie in maximum paper size, maximum patch size, power, and physical dimensions. The QTC-650 handles up to 600*650mm paper size with 8.0kw power, while the QTC-1000 supports up to 600*970mm paper size with 10.0kw power.
Both models offer a maximum speed of up to 8,000 sheets per hour. Please note that actual mechanical speed has a negative correlation with specified operational parameters.
The machine accommodates film thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 0.45mm.
The special filming mechanism achieves a tight precision tolerance of 0.5mm after pushing, blocking, and locating.
It features a scraper device to adjust glue thickness and width, flexo templates for accurate application, and automatic roller disengagement to prevent glue transfer when no paper is detected.
The machine utilizes a belt conveyor paired with a stacked device system to ensure efficient and orderly paper collection.
