SHANHE MACHINE positions the HBK machine according to European industrial standards. The whole machine utilizes international famous brands, including Trio (UN), P+F (GER), Siemens (GER), Omron (JPN), Yaskawa (JPN), ABB (FRA), and Schneider (FRA). These premium components guarantee operational stability and long-term durability. Integrated PLC control paired with our self-compiled program realizes mechatronics manipulation, simplifying operation steps and saving labor costs.
The machine uses a motion control system working alongside PLC to achieve full automatic control. A position remote controller and servo motor allow operators to set paper sizes directly on the touch screen, automatically adjusting the top and bottom sheets' sending positions. Imported sliding rail screw rods ensure precise positioning, complemented by a remote controller at the pressing part for front and back adjustments. With integrated memory storage, the machine records saved product settings. HBZ reaches true automation with full functionality, low consumption, simple operation, and high adaptability.
Independent servo motors control both upper and lower feeders for paper delivery. Featuring high-speed calculation during operation and smooth conveying, it accommodates varying paper thicknesses seamlessly. Replacing old mechanical transmission methods, it achieves ultra-high lamination efficiency for small paper sheets—a core advantage of the SHANHE MACHINE HBK-130.
The machine utilizes original imported synchronizing wheels and belts in transmission, offering maintenance-free performance, low noise, and high precision. By shortening up and down alignment chains and adding multi-servo motors during operation, the machine cycle is reduced, minimizing chain errors while increasing running speed for perfect sheet-to-sheet lamination.
Servo motor driving adapts seamlessly to different paper sizes. The motion controller calculates alignment precision at high speeds, while the front gauge positions the top and bottom sheets simultaneously. A new concept design separates the front gauge from the main transmission, adding a dedicated servo motor for controlling, positioning, and tracking. Powered by SHANHE MACHINE’s proprietary software, it delivers high precision at high speed, improving output efficiency and controllability.
To ensure even glue coating during high-speed operation, Shanhe Machine engineered a coating section equipped with a special coating roller and an anti-splash structure to solve glue splashing issues. A fully automatic adhesive supplementary and recycling system works together to eliminate adhesive waste. Operators can fine-tune glue thickness via a control wheel according to production requirements; the special striped rubber roller effectively prevents splashing at all operating speeds.
Utilizing SHANHE MACHINE’s patented feeder conveying design (inspired by high-end printing feeder concepts), the system incorporates double suction with four conveying air suction units to handle bottom sheets up to 1100g/㎡ with exact precision. Both top and bottom feeders feature gantry-type pre-loading platforms, saving preparation time while providing safe, reliable pre-loading.

The HBK-130 operates at a maximum working speed of 148 meters per minute, delivering an output of 9,000 to 10,000 pieces per hour with a tolerance precision of less than ±0.3 mm.
Shanhe Machine designed a dedicated coating unit featuring a specialized coating roller, a glue-splash-proof structure, and a striped rubber roller. Additionally, an automatic adhesive supplementary and recycling system prevents adhesive waste.
The system includes automated feeder slowdown upon return to zero, startup block if reset is incomplete, automatic stopping of paper feeding or lamination when sheet missing is detected, jam auto-stop functions, and phase compensation settings.
